Cooking classes

Welcome to Team Kitchen, let’s get started!

First of all, everyone puts their mobile phone on silent for the duration of the class (but taking pictures is encouraged!). Second, take a glass of sparkling in your hand and smile. Our chef will present the menu for the evening and walk you through the recipes. Participants are divided into smaller teams and every team gets a challenging but reasonable cooking task. No one’s left alone with a task; our professional chef de cuisine guides everyone through the cooking challenges towards a delicious meal. This is what we do, so don’t worry, everyone is a master chef with us.

When pots and pans are cooling and the blenders have stopped buzzing, it’s time for dinner. The table is already set by our kitchen assistants. The result of our class is always a (minimum) three course gourmet dinner. All courses are served with suitable beverages by our staff. The participants then present the course they have prepared to their fellow chefs. And so our busy kitchen has turned into a cozy gourmet restaurant (where you’re friends with the chef!).

We call it a night at 10 PM (or later if agreed) when our bellies are full and our cheeks are aching from all the laughs.

And no, you don’t have to do the dishes, we have staff for that.

  • We have classes between 10AM - 10PM.
  • Our classes are intended for companies, associations and other groups. Every class is tailored to meet the group’s needs and that’s why we don’t arrange so called walk-in classes.
  • All classes are full service. A chef will help with the cooking while staff will take care of setting the table, cleaning the kitchen and serving drinks.
  • As a memento and to use for your next dinner party at home, you can take all the recipes with you. If anyone dares to doubt your cooking skills, you’ll silence them with the tasty dish you learned to prepare with us. No doubt about who’s the chef after that.
  • So who should come and spend an evening cooking with us? We think we’re a fun place for teams that deserve a reward for a job well done or just want to relax together after work. Team Kitchen is also a great alternative for a team who needs to get to know one another a little better and get that good team spirit going.
  • At Team Kitchen, team work reaches completely new levels. In the kitchen there’s no such thing as “my job and your job,” everyone has the same clear goal: a delicious dinner.
  • It’s a good idea to bring your customers and other stakeholders for a night at Team Kitchen. Many people have jobs that get them invited to dinners every week and they know the menus and interior design of Helsinki’s downtown restaurants better than the back of their hand. But ask yourself, how many have participated in preparing their own gourmet dinner?

Lunch courses

A lunch course will start at 11 am. and finnish at latest 2.30 pm.

Prisec from 100 €/person + VAT.
Minimum 10 participants.

Price includes:
Starter, maincourse and dessert as well as a glas of wine. A guided class with a chef, raw-materials, recipes and worktools.

Dinner course

Prices from 155€/person + VAT.

Price includes:
Prosecco, recipes, teaching, and cooking together with a chef. three course dinner witch wines ( 3 different)

Street food menu

Kitchen duel

Divide your group into two teams and take part in our kitchen duel. The aim in this exciting competition is to prepare a three-course dinner. The judge will explain the rules and the dishes as well as give some tips to the teams.

After that the 60-minute duel will start. When time is up and the food is ready, each team will leave a portion in the kitchen for the judge to assess, while both teams enjoy their dinner. After dinner, prices for the winner.

Weber Grill Academy course

Team Kitchen arranges Weber Grill Academy courses in Finland. In the four-hour Grill Academy class, we grill a several- course dinner using different Weber grills. During the tutorial grill adventure the participants get tips on techniques and important information about the grills and grilling.

The class starts nicely with a glass of prosecco, Chef the cuisine tells the participants about the agenda and then divides the participants into smaller groups. With professional guidance from the head chef the groups start cooking.When the food is ready and wonderful smells fill the kitchen, everyone takes a seat at the dining table to enjoy the result of the team’s preparations. The groups will present their food and enjoy it together with some wines especially chosen for the grilled food.

Grill Academy class participants receive an apron and a diploma at the end of the class.
